Read the Readmes People
Ok. Remember, this is your fault for it being somewhat aimless and random, but here goes:
WTF is it with people who don't read your readme after you've spent time putting it together? People who ask "is it compatible with X" when there's a compatibility section in a readme annoy the shit out of me. If the readme says it's compatible with anything that doesn't alter a certain NPC, then Jesus Christ people, use your brains. That means it's compatible. If a mod's readme specifically says it doesn't touch worldspace or city cells, then why the hell would you even need to ask if it's compatible with Open Cities?
If a readme tells you a clean save upgrade is REQUIRED because the mod's feature has been redone in a different way and you have to get the game to toss out the old code, why would you then show up in the topic and ask if it needs to be clean saved, or complain that the very problem mentioned is happening in your game? Come on.
Then there's the even more obvious resource downloads where people actually get mad at you for not including the ESP - when the readme clearly states there isn't one and it's intended for modders to use as a resource in their work, not a standalone mod. These particular idiots even down vote stuff like this due to their stupidity.
Anyway, yeah, probably a crappy rant but there it is. READ THE DAMN READMES.

Oh look, she found the climbable tree
And those glitches. WTF. That only looks that way in the CS for me.

Alrighty then.. nice looking bow, rather defies gravity though...
Um, in that second picture are you being attacked by ome sort of leech thingy or do you just have to duck really badly to get through doorways?
Um, is this tree already in Weye by any chance or do you seriously have to scale a tree to reach the village in the clouds?

Gee, thanks, Fury. I'm not sure why it'd be happy for us, given that it's an Australian only sales event...
The tree is already in Weye, in front of the manor.
I'm not sure where it goes and I'm too scared to climb it.

I suppose you could always just save the game then climb the tree so that worst case scenario you could reload the saved game as if you'd never climbed it, but personally, I'd be too curious not to see where it goes.

Damn you Conner with your logic and manipulation.
Hehe, luckily it was safe. Takes you up to the rooftop of the manor. Pretty cool! Just gotta be careful not to fall off as you walk around.
Ohh, and Elahai made me a shiny enchanted ayleid stone!
He loves me.

Yeah, Elahai's a cool guy like that. The tree is one of the cooler touches, hopefully more people will find it and figure out how to make use of it.
One wonders if our patron saint of Rabbits has fallen in a hole or something though

Was just wondering the same.
He's around, but got embroiled in an impromptu Civ project. XML hacking is...yeah.
He's also me, obviously. Stupid computer crashes losing my login.
Sorry Hanaisse, the solution just seemed reasonably obvious to me...
Behold, I do believe that was him passing through with his dinner jacket and pocket watch!

Nah, I think we've got a bunch of different Anons and Dwip is only one of them every so often when he posts without realizing that he's not still signed in. Personally I find myself not signed in far less frequently though, so perhaps Dwip should consider switching to another browser that would retain his login state a bit better....
oh, and, Dwip, when you click the Post Comment link if it's got a big yellow message about being subject to spam control you should probably go check that you're still logged in instead of posting anyway. Just a thought or two...

New updated Kragenir's Death Quest ..... worth it? (Anyone done the original?)
Maybe. I did a bunch of the original, and for random settlement quests it was decent, if heavily flawed, and I ultimately removed it from my load order. When I contacted Povhuolo with some pretty hefty constructive criticism, he did sound pretty serious about finding and fixing the flaws, though, so there's a pretty good chance the new version is at least worth a look.
Well, if you feel that way, Dwip, I suppose the alternative is to continue what you've been doing.
Not I, Hanaisse. Sorry.
Sounds encouraging, Dwip.

Considering he's said the fairy tale elements are still in there, I don't think I'll be putting Kragenir's back in my load order anytime soon. I hadn't even gone to do any of the quests. The rumor topics alone were annoying me.
Hmm, maybe I should go check out this mod so I can see what sort of fairy tale elements we're talking about here.
Well, I see that's there's been some scripting problems with spamming messagesboxes reported, so I'll hold off on KDQ.
Although I am curious enough to try it.
I installed Shadowcrest Vineyard yesterday. What a disappointment. I can't believe it won an Ob Real Estate Challenge. There were huge uneven landscape issues, the house is a nice design but it's so narrow my big Nord can barely turn around. I felt claustrophobic. Anyway, that's coming out in a minute.
Instead of being bored and looking for other mods to play, I should really focus on making my own.
Oh, spoke too soon, should have checked the OF first, already a hotfix for KDQ.

Ooo, you're going to make a mod of your own, Hanaisse?
Yeah Conner, my Dice game, eventually. Plus, planning on a house mod.
FYI, I won't be around much over the next few days. Re-decorating my office, including paint and floors so will be dismantling the PC. Might also upgrade my PC at the same time.

Well, I knew about the dice game, but I was thinking you meant a quest mod or some such like the stuff Samson & Dwip have done. What sort of house mod?
Have fun with the re-decorating and good luck with the upgrading.

Heh, I only wish I could do a mod like they've done
The house will be a large comfortable manor house, hopefully on a beach. I have a few locations in mind but nothing set yet. Right now I'm retexturing both the interior and exterior of it but progress is slow, keep getting sidetracked.
Sneak peak. (Yes, even new doors!)
