SmaugFUSS Project
As part of the snafu recently with Registerfly, the smaugfuss.org domain has effectively been killed. This isn't a huge deal since it was due to expire soon anyway, but I had planned on a bit more of an orderly retreat from it than this. It had been redirecting to the new domain but that is over now. If you have bookmarks to the site, please update them to reflect the changeover to http://www.smaugmuds.org
While I'm on the subject, I've had a few emails wondering if the project has been abandoned. Rest assured that it has not been. I may not have been making many bugfix posts lately but that's largely due to the slowdown in actual reports. There are some fixes which are still pending verification. Big ones that take more time. Combine this with all of the crap that's been going on this month and it should be clear why stable projects are receiving less attention than usual.
So have no fear. SmaugFUSS isn't going anywhere anytime soon. When the day does come to hand it off, it won't be done quietly in the night.
