Emperor Uriel Septim VII
It occurred to me that at some point our former glorious leader must have had a throne room or something in the palace. Yet there was no suitable location. So I hacked up the top floor of the Imperial Palace Library to serve as a quick photo-op. Thus, Uriel Septim can now be committed to my growing hoarde of paintings. Even if this location doesn't actually exist.
