Fight the Sickness

Curse the individual who passed his unwanted germs to me. Why must you punish me so! I shall avenge the lost white cells with a batch of hot chicken soup and the uber-weapon: Massive doses of vitamin C.

Of course, the day off of work as a result of being contagious wasn't all bad. And at least I'm not that guy with resistant TB who ran screaming from Europe because he thought ( rightly so ) that they couldn't treat him for it there.

"Resistance is futile." -- The Borg
"Mother's coming for me in the dragon ships. I don't like these itchy clothes, but I have to wear them or it frightens the fish." -- Thurindil

Well. I guess that's that then.

Don't forget the Echinechia (sp?) and Golden Seal too, but otherwise, chicken soup and vitamin C are definitely the cure-all. :)

Also, recently my sister turned me on to something called Cold-Eeze made by a company called Quigley that really does seem to help far more than I'd have ever believed if I hadn't tried it myself, you might see if you can find yourself a box.

And so after a second day of battle, the evil germs have been cast off to infect some other poor hapless soul. As long as they're no longer infecting me I'm fine with it. Hot chicken soup, massive quantities of vitamin C, and sleep. Death to any germs who would oppose me in the future!

I just got over a battle with something nasty today as well It's not right I tell you just not right. Here I get a day off work after a mere 15 solid days of 10+ hours and I gotta spend it miserable and in pain.
