Wyoming Democratic Caucus Results

When it comes to caucuses, Barack Obama seems to be an unstoppable machine. Once more tonight he steamrolled Hillary Clinton in Wyoming with a margin of 23 points. Despite this, the overall impact on the race is negligible since the delegate counts have not moved much as a result.

Barack Obama: 61% +7 delegates
Hilary Clinton: 38% +4 delegates

Delegate Totals to Date

Barack Obama: 1,527
Hillary Clinton: 1,428

There seems to be little point in even mentioning the delegate counts for anyone else left out there. Ron Paul stands no chance whatsoever of going anywhere with his and everyone else has dropped out anyway now that McCain has locked things up.

Onward to the Mississippi primaries on the 11th.

"Resistance is futile." -- The Borg
"Mother's coming for me in the dragon ships. I don't like these itchy clothes, but I have to wear them or it frightens the fish." -- Thurindil

Well. I guess that's that then.

While I realize that it's a pretty tight margin, in my world a 99 point lead is still a lead. *shrug*

As for the delegate counts of the rest of the candidates, no, I think we can safely forego the posting of them each update at this point unless they somehow further change, and even then, at this point on the Republican side, McCain's already won, whether Paul drops out or not.
